Who We Are in Cincinnati
Queensgate Appliance Repair is a locally owned shop that has kept Cincinnati kitchens and laundry rooms running since 2007.
Fridges, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers: if it hums, heats or spins, we work on it. We pair careful diagnostics with up-to-date repair methods so we can pin the problem down quickly and fix it right the first time.
We know most people calling us have a packed day and a machine that picked the worst time to quit. So we keep it simple. We show up on time, work efficiently, explain every step in plain language and walk you through the cost before the work starts. When we leave, the work area is clean and the appliance is running.
Our manager, Bernard B., has been curious about how appliances work since he was a kid taking toasters apart to see what was inside. That curiosity still runs the shop. He holds the team to the same rules he follows himself: test first, explain clearly, fix it right. When a machine has the crew stumped, Bernard works through it step by step until the cause turns up.

Have a question about a broken appliance? Call us and describe what is going on. We can often tell you over the phone whether it sounds like a simple part or something that needs a closer look, and we can set up a visit on the same call.
We answer Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.
