Call Us in Cincinnati
The phone is the quickest way to get your appliance repair on the schedule. You talk to someone who can book the visit right then, answer questions about the problem, and tell you what the technician will look at first. For anything urgent, like a refrigerator that has stopped cooling or a washer that won't drain, call rather than writing in.
To help us send the right parts and the right person, have these ready when you call:
- The appliance type: refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, ice maker or freezer
- The brand, and the model number if you can find it (usually on a sticker inside the door or on the back)
- A short description of the problem: noises, leaks, error codes, when it started
- Your Cincinnati neighborhood and a couple of times that work for you
Don't worry if you can't find the model number or don't know what is wrong. Tell us what you see and hear and we will take it from there. We answer the phone and do repairs seven days a week during the hours below. Calls that come in early in the day have the best chance of a same-day visit.
